Refund policy

We want every Casa Tiena order to arrive in excellent condition. If something is not right, contact us at info@casatiena.com with your order number.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be excluded unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
